Lifting and Transportation: The machine tool must be lifted and positioned using the manufacturer's dedicated lifting tools. Other methods are not permitted. If dedicated lifting tools are not required, wire ropes should be used for lifting and positioning according to the instructions.
Foundation and Location: The machine tool should be installed on a solid foundation, away from vibration sources; avoid direct sunlight and heat radiation; place it in a dry location, avoiding moisture and airflow. If there are vibration sources near the machine tool, anti-vibration trenches must be installed around the foundation.
Machine Tool Installation: The machine tool should be placed on the foundation and leveled in a free state. Then, tighten the anchor bolts evenly. For ordinary machine tools, the level reading should not exceed 0.04/1000mm; for high-precision machine tools, the level reading should not exceed 0.02/1000mm. Measurements of installation accuracy should be performed at a constant temperature, and measuring tools should be allowed to reach a set temperature before use. During installation, every effort should be made to avoid installation methods that force deformation of the machine tool. During machine tool installation, certain components should not be disassembled arbitrarily. Disassembly may cause a redistribution of internal stresses, affecting the machine tool's accuracy.
Preparation before trial run: After the machine tool's geometric accuracy inspection is passed, the entire machine needs to be cleaned. Use cotton or silk cloth soaked in cleaning agent; do not use cotton yarn or gauze. Clean off the anti-rust oil or paint applied at the factory to protect the guide rails and machined surfaces. Clean the dust from the machine tool's outer surfaces. Apply the specified lubricating oil to all sliding and working surfaces.
Carefully check whether all parts of the machine tool have been lubricated as required, and whether the coolant tank is filled with sufficient coolant. Check whether the oil level in the machine tool's hydraulic station and automatic lubrication device is at the level indicated by the oil level indicator.
Check whether all switches and components in the electrical control box are functioning properly, and whether all integrated circuit boards are in place.
Power on and start the centralized lubrication system to fill all lubrication points and oil passages with lubricating oil. Complete all preparations before the machine tool's components operate.
