CNC technology, also known as Computer Numerical Control (CNC) technology, is a technology that uses computers to implement digital program control.
This technology uses a computer to execute the motion trajectory of equipment and the timing logic control functions of peripheral devices according to a pre-stored control program.
Because the computer replaces the original CNC device composed of hardware logic circuits, the storage, processing, calculation, and logical judgment of input operation instructions, as well as other control functions, can all be completed through computer software. The generated micro-instructions are transmitted to the servo drive device to drive the motor or hydraulic actuator to move the equipment.
Traditional machining involves manual operation of ordinary machine tools. During machining, the machine tool is manually operated to cut metal, and the precision of the product is measured visually using tools such as calipers.
Modern industry has long used computer-controlled machine tools. CNC machine tools can automatically process any product and part directly according to a program pre-programmed by technicians.
